Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently offer international shipping. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when it becomes available.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional events, or holidays.

Domestic shipping is 10 USD via UPS.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All orders shipped to New York State are subject to applicable state sales tax.

We are not responsible for and do not refund lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer returns for store credit or size exchanges on full priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery. As our collections are produced in limited quantities, returns and exchanges are subject to availability and approval.

Exchanges are limited to one per transaction. Exchange order will be created upon review of returned item.

All sale items are final sale.

Please note that all returns must be new, unused, and with the original tags still attached. All returns will be checked.

All return orders will be charged a standard $15 processing fee which will be deducted from your store credit.

PREORDERS

Items available for pre-order will ship once it arrives in stock. Please allow 6-8 weeks after the pre-order period ends for your item to be shipped, unless otherwise noted on the product page. If your order contains other items, the entire order will ship together when this pre-order item is ready. For faster delivery, please purchase separately.

Full payment is required for all pre-order items. The shipping date is noted in the item description and may be subject to change. Items will be shipped out upon availability.
